1. Information we collect

We collect information voluntarily submitted through quotation, pre-order, payment-confirmation, support, warranty, contact, privacy and AI channels, including name, mobile, email, business details, area, product or machine information, message, reference numbers and uploaded evidence. We also process limited security data such as IP address, request time, browser/device type, failed sign-in attempts and operational error logs.

2. Purposes

Information is used to answer inquiries, provide quotations, coordinate orders, delivery, installation, warranty and technical service, maintain CRM history, secure the website, prevent fraud, respond to privacy requests and meet accounting, contractual or legal obligations.

3. COLORJET AI Assistant

The assistant processes the question and approved public COLORJET knowledge to provide guidance. Questions, responses, source references, feedback and a one-way IP hash may be retained for security, quality and support according to the configured retention period. Do not enter passwords, card details, national ID numbers or confidential third-party data. Final price, stock, delivery, warranty and payment decisions require authorised human confirmation.

4. Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies or local storage may be used for sessions, security, form protection, preferences and AI consent. Non-essential analytics or advertising storage must not be enabled before any consent required for that technology is obtained.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Minimum information may be available to authorised COLORJET personnel and providers needed for hosting, email, messaging, backup, security, delivery or approved service. External WhatsApp, email, maps and social links apply their own privacy terms after a user leaves this website.

6. Security and retention

We use HTTPS, access control, password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limits, restricted files and audit logging. Website inquiries and ordinary CRM conversations are normally kept while active and up to 24 months afterward. Security logs are normally kept up to 12 months. Accounting, invoice, warranty, service, contract or dispute records may be retained up to seven years or the applicable legal period. Backups may take 30–90 days to expire.

7. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. Identity is verified before action. A disabled account is not treated as deletion, and legally required records may be retained or anonymised.

8. Children, international processing and changes

The website is intended for business customers and authorised adults, not children. Some providers may process limited information outside Bangladesh with available safeguards. Material policy changes will update the effective date.
